Return Policy
All items purchased from us may be returned within 30 days. Full credit, excluding shipping charges, will be given provided the materials are returned in a resalable condition.
Order Fulfillment
We will make every attempt to ship your order before the end of the next business day after you place it. During the busy summer months, this may extend a day or two. We want to do everything we can to get your order in your hands. We realize that good service will bring you back again!

Having a co-op? Order 5 or more of the same title books published by Cadron Creek and receive 20% off those books and free shipping on your whole order!
Back Orders
We make every attempt to minimize the need to back-order. When necessary, we will analyze the likelihood of having all items available for shipment within a week or so. If it is likely we will have all items within a week, we may wait to ship all materials at once. Or, we may send a first shipment immediately and wait to ship the remainder until all materials are available for shipment.
